Barbara's cooking was much appreciated by all who attended the dining room over the summer. She was clean, neat, punctual and good -humored. It was a pleasure to have Barbara work for us and we look forward to having her as our chef next summer.

We are so grateful to Barb for her delicious food during a time when our family needed assistance. 

My husband severely injured his knee and had to have surgery - for over a month he could not walk at all. Since he is our family chef we reached out to Barb. We sent her a menu of meals and she delivered them every week in person. 

Our favorites include her Delicious tomato/kale/sweet potato soup with cheesy bread, her sweet potato shepherds pie, her tortilla soup, her salads with maple vinaigrette or lemon vinaigrette and especially her maple frosted pumpkin cake! She has also brought us delicious homemade pizzas and pastas, as well as chicken wrapped in prosciutto and pesto. 

All ingredients are fresh and healthy, and Barb delivers it with a smile and her lovely British accent :)

My husband is up and cooking again, but we continue to rely on Barb's home delivery of soups, shepherds pie and pumpkin cake! If you need help with great cooking we highly recommend you reach out to Barb.

Barbara catered a retirement party for four of our town’s most important long serving people.

The room was set up with charm and taste. Just the right accent of flowers on white background.

The presentation of the food over two long tables and two side tables was gorgeous - truly!

The offerings were varied; each was appealing to see and delicious to the taste.

All were exquisitely prepared.

Barbara has that rare talent of combining the highest quality, aesthetics, taste and interest.

People were amazed when they arrived and oh so happy over the next four hours.

The cost was astoundingly reasonable.

Barbara Bridgewater of Bradford (www.feastofnh.com) is an amazing chef. She made for me a carrot, squash and ginger soup which was creamy and vibrant with flavor. The entrée was a melt-in-your-mouth, delicious pork tenderloin stuffed with Dijon mustard, spinach and fresh parsley, rosemary, and thyme, and topped with a Dijon/onion gravy. The dessert of phyllo tarts filled with lemon curd, marscapone and cream were a wonderful, light ending to a fabulous meal.

What impresses me about Barbara besides the deliciousness of the meal is that she buys her produce locally as much as she can. She uses fresh ingredients, is willing to tailor any meal to the clients’ tastes, and can create great tasting food for those requesting special diets. I will definitely be hiring her to provide more meals and recommend her for any catering events.
